Millboard Decking - Pauatahanui

For this project the brief was for a new deck which required little maintenance. We used Millboard decking which is a premium decking product made from a polyurethane resin that looks and feels like real timber but without the maintenance. We removed the existing deck and built a whole new frame to create a larger over all area. Recessed LED strip lighting in the stairs makes this deck a standout feature of the home day and night.

We also built a covered area by the front door as a boot room, and a covered ‘Cabana’ for the Spa Pool.
